A Celebration of Terrell's British Connection

The City of Terrell and the Terrell Chamber of Commerce invite you to the 3rd Annual British Bash Celebration and Christmas Market in Historic Downtown Terrell! This one-of-a-kind festival honors Terrell's unique ties with Britain and the historic No. 1 British Flying Training School Museum, where British cadets trained during WWII.

Event Highlights

🎶 Live Music – Enjoy the sounds of A Hard Night's Day, one of the top Beatles tribute bands in the U.S., performing from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.

🎄 Christmas Market – One of the first holiday markets in the region featuring artisan vendors, local makers, and festive finds.

👦👧 Children's Entrepreneur Market – Young business owners showcase their creativity and products.

🍴 Food & Drink

Authentic British bites from Fish & Fizz with their famous fish & chips.

Local restaurants serving British favorites like meat pies.

British bakers offering sweet treats and pastries.

Raise a glass with British beer and Pimm's while you stroll the festival.

🚕 A Taste of London – Spot an authentic London cab, meet "royals" and English celebrities making special appearances, and enjoy sightseeing fun downtown.

⚾🏏 Play Ball! The British Way – Try your hand at cricket with American cricket player and author Tom Melville, who will be leading fun, informal games throughout the day. No experience needed—just jump in and play!

🛍️ Vendor Village – Explore local shops, arts & crafts vendors, and more along Nash and Adelaide near City Hall.

🚗 Mini Cooper Car Show – A stylish nod to Britain's iconic rides.

A Festival with History

"The British Bash celebrates the deep connection between Terrell and England that began during WWII," said Sharon Harper, Director of Marketing & Events for the Terrell Chamber of Commerce. "Our community is proud of the role it played in supporting the Allied Forces and of the continued friendship with the British people today."

The No. 1 BFTS Museum will be on site to share Terrell's story and offer tours of its historic collection.
